In the new series of small format paintings and installations entitled Post Apocalypse, I invite the viewer to share a vision of a time of sacred beginnings after the end of time. A series firmly grounded on abstraction, it is an attempt to reveal what is immemorial. The complex list of materials, often reads closer to that of a chemist. It is for this reason that this work is akin to that of an alchemist exploring the binding of pigments and minerals in novel combinations.
